摘要:
针对分段供电直线电机开关的关断故障诊断问题,提出一种在线诊断方法。对分段供电网络的拓扑结构进行了分层,分析关断故障的产生特点,利用电流过零信号占空比与ABC 三相电流的局部积分作为故障特征,利用统计分析对正常运行的特征进行了归纳,从而给出异常的判据,通过分析供电频率对故障特征持续时间误差的影响,给出故障定位的方法。最后通过实验对方法进行了验证,实验结果表明: 该方法可有效识别分段供电直线电机切换开关的直通故障。
Abstract:
 To deal with turnoff faults in the switch of a linear induction motor( LIM) for sectionalized power supply,an online fault diagnosis method is proposed. According to the topology of the sectional powersupply network,the characteristics of switching local integrals faults were analyzed. With the zero-cross signal duty ratio and the ABC three phase current being as fault features,the statistical analysis was used to sum up the characteristics of normal operation thus to obtain the criterion of anomalies. Through the analysis
of the effect of electrical frequency on error in the duration of fault characteristics,the method for fault location was given. The verification of the method by the experiments shows that it can effectively identify turnoff faults in the switch of the LIM for sectionalized power supply.
