摘要:
针对感应电机离散变频软启动存在转矩脉动的问题,提出一种空间矢量离散变频软启动控制方法。首先依据空间电压矢量理论分析感应电机离散变频的电压波形,说明传统方法存在转矩脉动的原因; 其次通过剔除产生负电磁转矩的电压矢量,给出空间矢量离散变频软启动控制方法;最后分析在定子电流断续期间转子电流的变化规律及其对磁链衰减的影响。研究结果表明,( 1)定子电压矢量的重复触发是造成转矩脉动大的主要原因,( 2) 空间矢量离散变频软启动控制可消除感应电机的转矩脉动,( 3) 在定子电流大小相等时,感应电机电磁转矩提升20%,( 4) 在定子电流断续期间转子电流的衰减量为5%,对转子磁链衰减的影响可以忽略。实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
For the problem of torque ripple of the induction motor discrete variable frequency soft-start,a space vector discrete variable frequency( SVDVF) soft-start control method is presented for induction motor.Firstly,according to the voltage space vector theory, the stator voltage waveforms were analyzed to explore the cause of torque ripple of the traditional discrete variable frequency soft-start. Secondly,SVDVF soft-start control method was proposed,which removed the voltage vector that generated negative electromagnetic
torque. Thirdly,when the stator current was cut off, the change rule of the rotor current was calculated with induction motor model and the influence on the rotor flux was also estimated. The results of research show that: ( 1) The repetition trigger of the stator voltage vector is the primary cause of the torque ripple; ( 2) The torque ripple of induction motor is eliminated by using SVDVF soft-start control method; ( 3) The torque increases by 20% in the case of same stator current; ( 4) When the stator current is cut off, the rotor current damping is 5% and its influence on the rotor flux can be accepted in engineering. The results of experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
