摘要:
为提高磁致伸缩惯性冲击电机的工作频率,增大输出步长,提出了一种带有死区保护的优化驱动策略。该策略通过计算电机步进所需时间来确定两个驱动信号之间的间隔( 即死区时间) ,实现方式类似占空比调制。并且通过分析电机运动过程及动力学模型,建立了电机的步长及收缩步进时间的数学模型。最后,针对所开发的惯性冲击电机进行了测试,并将结果与传统驱动方法进行对比。结果表明,文中所建立的模型能够较为准确地预测电机步长及步进收缩时间。采用带死区保护的优化驱动控制策略后,磁致伸缩惯性冲击电机的最高工作频率由120 Hz 提高至250 Hz,且电机步长得到了增加。
Abstract:
An optimal driving strategy with dead-time protection is presented to improve the working frequency and output performance of magnetostrictive impact drive mechanism ( IDM) . By calculating the stepping time of the IDM required, the proposed driving method strategy can determine the interval between the two driving signals,which is similar to duty ratio modulation method. Besides,a mathematical model of step-size and retraction time of IDM was established based on the motor motion process and the
structural dynamics principle. Moreover,a series of experiments research on the proposed impact drive motor were given. As a result, the model which is based on the optimized driving strategy with dead-time protection can predict the step size and the retraction time of IDM. The maximum operating frequency of the proposed IDM can be increased from 120 Hz to 250 Hz,and the stepping performance is improved.
