摘要:
为研究投切干式空心电抗器过程中产生的指数衰减振荡过电压对匝间绝缘的影响,制作了模拟实际干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘结构的试样模型,搭建了指数衰减振荡过电压试验平台和局部放电测试平台,研究投切过电压累积作用下匝间绝缘局部放电特性参数的变化规律并进行验证性试验。结果表明: 投切过电压导致干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘强度大幅下降,应减少投切次数或采取措施限制投切过电压幅值; 综合多个局部放电特征参数的变化规律可以表征过电压累积作用导致匝间绝缘老化的程度; 过电压作用下发生的局部放电是导致匝间绝缘老化的主要原因之一。通过提高匝间绝缘局部放电起始电压的方法增强绝缘,为电抗器改进制造工艺提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of exponential decay oscillating overvoltage on the interturn insulation in the process of switching the dry-type air core reactor,an experimental model was manufactured to simulate interturn insulation structure of dry-type air core reactor. The test platform under the exponential decay oscillating overvoltage and the partial discharge testing platform were established. The change rules of the partial discharge characteristic parameters were studied under the accumulation effect of switching
overvoltage and the confirmatory tests were carried out. The test results show that: the switching overvoltage leads to a significant decrease for the interturn insulation strength; the switching times should be reduced or measures should be taken to limit the overvoltage amplitude; the change rules of partial discharge characteristic parameters can be considered synthetically to characterize the insulation aging degree caused by the overvoltage; the partial discharge caused by the overvoltage is one of the main reasons for the aging of the interturn insulation. The interturn insulation strength can be enhanced by improving the manufacturing process to increase the partial discharge initial voltage.
