摘要:
根据电动汽车、数控机床等应用领域宽速度运行范围需求,提出了一种多相感应电机的非正弦供电技术,目的在于有效提高弱磁状态下的转矩密度。针对传统弱磁控制算法存在的问题,提出了定子磁链优化的弱磁控制算法,提高转矩稳态和动态响应性能。根据多相感应电机多平面特
性,详细分析了谐波平面对弱磁区间运行的影响,采用非正弦供电技术有效提高转矩密度和电压利用率。最后,构建了一套五相感应电机控制系统,实验结果证明了非正弦供电下弱磁优化控制策略的可行性。
Abstract:
An improved non-sinusoidal power supply method for multiphase induction motor was proposed to enhance the torque density in the filed weakening region,based on the requirement of higher torque capability in electrical vehicle and computer numerical control achine. Stator flux optimization technique for field weakening control was proposed to improve capability of steady state and transient performances.Moreover,harmonic plane’s effect on field weakening operation range was analyzed in detail,and it was used for increasing oltage utilization ratio and torque density by harmonic current injection in the high speed range. Finally,a five-phase induction motor drive was constructed,and experimental results verify the feasibility of field weakening optimum control strategy with non-sinusoidal power supply.
