摘要:
 为了降低笼障转子无刷双馈电机的温升,进一步提高其功率密度,提出采用水冷方式替代风扇冷却对该种新型电机进行冷却系统设计。建立水冷系统解析计算模型,分别设计了轴向和螺旋两种水路结构,计算两种水路结构机壳表面温度,并对两种水路结构进行对比分析。选取无刷双馈电机周向 1 /6 区域作为研究对象,建立三维稳态温度场物理模型,通过采用有限元方法计算了电机各部分的温升分布,并对结果进行详细分析。最后将有限元计算结果与解析结果进行对比,验证了螺旋水路冷却方案设计的有效性,为后续水冷样机的研制和进一步实验研究提供理论依据。
Abstract:
 For reducing the temperature rise of brushless doubly-fed machine with cage-barrier rotor andimproving the power density further,
water cooling mode is put forward instead of fan cooling to design thecooling system. The analytical calculation model of water cooling system was established. The structuresof axial and spiral water road were designed respectively. The temperature of casing surface was calculat-ed. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of water road structure were compared and analyzed.Circumferential 1 /6 structure of BDFM with cage-barrier rotor was taken as research object and 3D tem-perature field physical model was established. The temperature rise distribution of each parts of electricalmachine were calculated by using finite element method and the results were analyzed in detail. Finallythe numerical calculation results were compared with analytical calculation results and the effectiveness ofcooling design scheme of spiral water road was verified. It provides theoretical basis for the developmentand further experimental research of subsequent water-cooled prototype machine.
