摘要:
 提出了具有前馈、比例积分和重复控制相结合的复合控制反激式逆变器,并对构成此逆变器的电路拓扑、工作模式、控制策略、系统稳定性、控制器和关键电路参数设计准则等进行了深入的分析研究,获得了重要结论。单级反激式逆变器是由共用输入、输出滤波器的两个双向反激直流斩波器输入端并联、输出端反向串联构成; 重复控制是对过去数个工频周期中某时刻的输出电压误差进行累加得出当前工频周期中对应时刻的控制量,实现逐个工频周期输出电压修正。设计并研制1 k VA 260VDC /220V50Hz AC 复合控制反激式逆变器样机,具有单级功率变换、输出静态精度高、动态响应快、输出波形质量高、带载能力强、变换效率高和可靠性高等优良性能。
Abstract:
 A Flyback mode inverter adopting compound control strategy which combines feedforward,pro-portional integral and repetitive control was proposed. The circuit topology,operating mode,control strat-egy,system stability,controller and the design criteria for key circuit parameters were fully investigated,
and important conclusions were obtained. The circuit topology is composed of two bi-directional FlybackDC-DC choppers with their inputs connected in parallel and outputs reversely connected in series. Thechoppers share the input and output filters. Repetitive control accumulates the errors of past several linecycle. The control value of current cycle was obtained,and the output voltage was regulated cycle by cy-cle. The designed and developed 1k VA 260VDC / 220V50Hz AC prototype of the compound controlledFlyback mode inverter has excellent performances such as single stage power conversion,high outputsteady precision,
fast transient responses,high quality of output waveforms,strong load adaptability,high conversion efficiency and high reliability,etc.
