摘要:
 为使箝位二极管承受的电压值不超过直流母线电压,提出了一种改进型箝位谐振直流环节逆变器,逆变器的辅助谐振电路中只有一个辅助开关器件,箝位电路中无需设置箝位开关,而且逆变器的直流母线电压被箝位在输入直流电压的 1. 1 ~ 1. 3 倍,有效地降低了电压应力。根据各工作阶段下的等效电路,分析了电路的工作过程,软开关实现条件和实验参数的设计,实验结果表明主开关器件在轻载和满载时都可以实现零电压软切换,辅助开关可以实现零电流软切换。因此,该拓扑结构能够有效地降低开关损耗。
Abstract:
 A novel clamped resonant DC-link inverter was proposed to make the voltage across theclamped diode be no more than the voltage of DC-bus. There was only one auxiliary switch in auxiliaryresonant circuit,and it was unnecessary to set clamped switch. Besides,the DC-link voltage can beclamped at 1. 1 ~ 1. 3 times of input DC-voltage,which reduced the voltage pressure effectively. Accord-ing to equivalent circuits under different stages,the working process of the inverter was analyzed,realiza-tion condition of the soft switching and experimental parameters were designed. The experimental resultsdemonstrate that main switching devices achieved zero-voltage soft switching at light and full load,andauxiliary switching devices achieve zero-current soft switching. Therefore,the proposed topology can re-duce switching loss effectively.
