摘要:
 转子位置检测是实现永磁同步电机( PMSM) 高性能控制的一个关键环节。由于检测环节非理想特性的存在,旋转变压器的转子位置检测结果中会产生微小误差,在电机振动噪声指标严格的领域,位置检测误差会对电机的振动噪声产生不利影响。针对以上问题,首先对旋转变压器的位置检测原理进行了简要分析,在此基础上,对旋转变压器各种非理想特性进行了分类和分析,得到了不同情况下的转子位置误差表达式。为消除可能出现的误差对电机控制造成的影响,提出一种位置检测滤波算法,仿真和试验表明: 所提出的算法能有效滤除旋变位置检测误差,同时不产生延时,应用效果好。
Abstract:
 Rotor position sensing is a critical process in the high performance control of permanent magnetsynchronous machines( PMSMs) . However,due to the presence of resolver non-idealities,the rotator po-sition signal feedback of the resolver inevitably has some small errors. Such errors result in increased vi-bration and noise of the machine,
which is not desirable in applications with stringent vibration and a-coustic noise requirement. To solve the problem,the position-sensing principle of the resolver was re-viewed briefly. By classifying and analyzing different types of resolver non-idealities,various rotor posi-tion error expressions were introduced due to different causes. To eliminate those errors in the control ofthe PMSM,a novel position feedback signal filtering method was proposed. Both simulation and experi-mental results show that the proposed method can effectively filter out the position errors without introdu-cing any delay in the position signal,making it an excellent method for practical application.
