摘要:
 针对永磁同步电机调速系统的超调和快速性之间矛盾的问题,在分析永磁同步电机数学模型和自抗扰控制原理的基础上,提出了一种永磁同步电机线性自抗扰控制器的设计方法,并将其应用于矢量控制当中以改善永磁同步电机的运行性能。进而对此控制策略研究了影响永磁同步电机运行状态的因素,给出了永磁同步电机的数学模型,分析了自抗扰控制器的设计原理和参数整定方法,选择出适用于永磁同步电机的自抗扰控制器。最后将仿真结果与传统的 PI 控制进行对比。仿真与实验结果表明: 采用自抗扰控制进行调速的系统比 PI 控制有着更好的运行性能,电机无超调启动; 而且当系统负载转矩突然变化时电机也能快速的响应。
Abstract:
 For the problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) speed control system suchas the contradiction between overshoot and speediness,
on the basis of the analysis of the mathematicalmodel of PMSM and the principle of active disturbance rejection control,the method of PMSM linear ac-tive disturbance rejection controller is introduced. Active disturbance rejection controller was applied intothe vector control to improve the performance of PMSM. Factors of PMSM which affected the operatingstate was studied by this control scheme,and the mathematical model of PMSM was established. The de-sign principle of active disturbance rejection controller and the method of parameter tuning was analyzed.The active disturbance rejection controller which applied to PMSM was selected. At last the simulation re-sults were compared with traditional PI control. The simulation and experimental results show that theperformance is much better than PI control caused by active disturbance rejection controller with the start-ing of motor without overshoot; when the lord torque of the system is changed,the motor can respondquickly.
