摘要:
?针对绝对式振动测量方法不易实现较低振动频率的测量问题,设计了磁悬浮振动测试系统。建立了磁悬浮振动测试系统振子的动力学方程,设计了磁悬浮振动测试系统的仿真模型。分析了磁悬浮振动测试系统的固有振动频率。对外加 10 Hz 和 30 Hz 的正弦信号情况下进行了仿真及功率谱分析; 利用 FFT 变换和反变换,将被测振动信号和系统的固有信号进行了分离。实测了磁悬浮振动测试系统无振动情况下的固有频率,其结果与仿真结果相似。理论和实验分析表明,磁悬浮振动测试系统的测量灵敏度较高,易于实现较低频率的绝对式振动信号的测量。
Abstract:
?In order to solve the problem that the absolute vibration measurement method is not easy to achieve lower vibration frequency measurement,a Maglev vibration test system is designed. The dynamics equations of a Maglev vibrator in the vibration measurement system were deduced,and a Maglev vibration measurement system simulation model was designed. The inherent frequency of the Maglev vibration measurement system was analyzed. The signals were simulated under 10 Hz and 30 Hz sine signal conditions and power spectrums were analyzed. Using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) transform and FFT inverse transform,the measured vibration signals and inherent signal of the systems were separated. The inherent frequency of the Maglev vibration measurement system was measured under non-vibrating condition,and the measurement result is similar with the simulation result. Theoretical and experimental analyses show that the sensitivity of Maglev vibration measurement system is higher and it is easy to measure the lower frequency signals of absolute vibration
