摘要:
针对电路复杂程度不断增加、信号处理速度不断提高的智能电动机保护器的电磁辐射日益严重问题,提出一种智能电动机保护器的电磁辐射定量评估方法。采用电路图绘制软件与仿真软件相结合的方式对典型智能电动机保护器PCB 布局进行了仿真建模,完成了电流、电场强度和磁
场强度等参量的定量评估,直观呈现了电磁辐射的分布情况,并进行了实验设计、测试和验证。此外,研究了关键线路的线宽对典型智能电动机保护器电磁辐射特性的影响。结果表明: 提出的仿真和实验方法对复杂结构的智能电动机保护器的电磁辐射定量评估具有一定的有效性和可行性; 根据使用环境适当改变线宽可以不同程度地减小智能电动机保护器的电场强度和电磁强度,为产品设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Aiming at the serious electromagnetic radiation of intelligent motor protector with the increasing complexity of the circuit and the improvement of signal processing speed,a quantitative assessment method is researched by combining circuit drawing software with simulation software,simulation model of PCB layout of intelligent motor protector was established. Quantitative evaluations of current,electrical field strength and magnetic field intensity were finished to visually show the distribution of electromagnetic radiation. Design,testing and verification of the experiment were carried out. In addition,the influence of the line width of the key points on electromagnetic radiation was studied. The results show that the simulation method and the experimental method presented are effective and feasible for quantitative evaluation of electromagnetic radiation for intelligent motor protector with complex structure. According to the environment, the electromagnetic strength can be reduced to different degrees with different width,which provides
reference for product design.
