摘要:
为解决传统变磁通永磁电机在基速以上运行可靠性差和调磁困难的问题,提出一种附加机械调磁装置的新型轴向变磁通永磁同步电机。采用有限元法对电机运行于不同转速时的磁场分布进行分析,建立轴向变磁通永磁同步电机三维有限元仿真模型,获得了电机在不同转速下气隙磁
密、绕组磁链及空载反电势、电感等电磁特性。分析结果表明: 在基速以下时,机械调磁装置不动作,该电机能以大转矩运行; 在基速以上时,机械装置相应动作,电机可在宽范围恒功率运行,调磁效果较好。通过制作样机和构建电机系统试验平台,验证了理论分析和设计的有效性。
Abstract:
For overcoming the low reliability and difficultly of flux-adjusting for the traditional variableflux permanent magnet machine above the basic speed,a variable-flux axial field permanent magnet synchronous machine ( MVFAFPMSM) with additional mechanical device is proposed. The magnetic field distribution of MVFAFPMSM operating at different speeds was analysed by finite element method. Some electromagnetic characteristics including air-gap flux density,flux linkage,EMF at no-load,and winding inductance,etc. at different speeds were investigated by establishing the 3-D finite element model of MVFAFPMSM. The analysis results show that MVFAFPMSM can run at the high torque without the action of the mechanism device,and it can operate at constant power over a wide range above base speed by the corresponding action of mechanical device. A good field control ability was obtained. The prototype machine and its system platform verify the validation of theoretical analysis.
