摘要:
针对传统悬浮控制电源设计中存在的占空比失调、稳压率差及转换效率低等问题,提出基于同步整流双谐振LLC-DCX 的两级式变换方案。该方案在实现主次侧开关管ZVS 和二次侧整流管低损耗的同时,降低了输入电流纹波; 在介绍了双谐振LLC-DCX 的工作原理的基础上,讨论了电
源的关键参数设计。210W,220 - 380V 输入、4 路输出的原理样机实验结果及比较很好地验证了研究方案的先进性与可行性。
Abstract:
The traditional solutions formaglev control power supply have problems of uncontrolled duty ratio, poor cross-regulation rate,and low conversion efficiency. In order to solve these problems,a two-stage solution employing the double resonant tank LLC-DCX with synchronous rectifier is proposed and developed in this paper. The proposed solution not only can achieve soft-switching of primary switch and reduce the conduction loss of secondary side rectifier,but also can decrease greatly the low input current
ripple. Thus,the high efficiency,high reliability owing to a uniform thermal distribution and low input current ripple are the key advantages of the proposed solution. The operating principle of the double resonant tank LLC-DCX with synchronous rectifier was firstly analyzed. The design consideration for key parameters was discussed. A 210W,220 - 380 V input hardware prototype with four outputs,was fabricated and tested in the lab,and the experimental results and efficiency measured date were presented to demonstrate
the declared features and validity.
