摘要:
针对一种起重机用新型永磁同步电机(PMSM)的转子进行设计和稳定性研究,首先建立了起重机用新型PMSM转子的三维物理模型及数学模型,基于屈曲理论基础,运用有限元法对转子模型进行了线性屈曲分析,探讨了绳槽对临界载荷的影响规律。将线性屈曲及非线性屈曲进行对
比分析,在考虑初始几何缺陷和材料非线性及大变形的基础上,探讨了转子长度、壁厚、端侧板厚度、材料属性等对转子稳定性的影响规律。并将几何/材料双非线性与极限强度进行对比分析。最后对电机的转子及主轴进行刚强度校核。通过以上分析,能有效减轻外转子自重,降低生产成本, 缩短生产周期。
Abstract:
For the design and stability research on the rotor of permanent magnetssynchronous motor?(hereinafter referred to as PMSM) for crane,this paper establishes the 3D physical model and mathemat- ical model of PMSM rotor for crane. Based on buckling theory,the linear buckling analysis of rotor part was carried out using paring the linear buckling with the nonlinear analysis,the effects of rotor length,wall thickness,thickness of the end plates material properties on rotor stability FEM,and the influencing rule of rope groove on the critical load was studied Com and the the were investigate,taking the initial?geometrical imperfection,material non-linearity and large deformation into consideration. The contrastive analysis of geometry/material double nonlinear with the ultimate strength was carried out. Finally,the stiffness and strength of rotor and spindle were verified. Through the above analysis,the weight of rotor can effectively reduced. The production cost is reduced and the production cycle is shortened.
