摘要:
针对传统领励磁之后领励磁电流衰减快, 导致电机起动电流过大的缺陷, 提出一种比较有 效的降低异步电机起动电流的方法。通过解耦算法分别闭环控制 d、 q轴电流进行电机起动, 起动 平稳之后由闭环控制状态, 通过提出的逼近算法平滑切换到异步电机的 V/F 控制。该方法可有效 解决电机起动电流过大的问题。针对电机某频率段出现持续低频振荡的问题, 在定子电压上叠加 一个抑制电流振荡的电压分量, 可有效解决传统 V/F 控制算法在某频率段系统持续低频振荡的问题。采用提出的算法, 达到了降低电机起动电流和抑制系统振荡的目的。仿真和实验结果都证明 了算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:
A starting strategy for induction motors to effectively reduce the starting current was proposed aiming at traditional pre-excitation algoritlim defects. In the proposed starting strategy, direct current con-trol under d-q axis witli the help of arltrans formation was executed in the motor staring process,then a smooth handover to constant V/Fcontrol was implemented by approximation algorithm Proposed in this paper. Sustained low-frequency oscillation at a certain frequency band of t!ie induction motor system un-der conventional constant V^F control was analyzed, and restrained by superj^osing oscillations suppress- ing components to the stator voltage. Using the proposed algorithm, the purpose of reducing the motor starting current and restraining the oscillation of the system was achieved. Moreover,simulation and experimental results verified the validity and feasibility of tiie proposed new strategy.
