摘要:
为解决飞轮储能用磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机发电效率低、励磁功率不对称等问题,提出一 种基于单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻发电机( SWBSRG) 的悬浮发电励磁模式。首先分析了 SWBSRG的悬浮发电机理,研究了电机在全周期角度下的磁链特性和径向力特性,划分出励磁与续流发电的合理区间。然后根据虚位移法建立的等效磁路模型,推导出考虑耦合情况下绕组的电压方程和悬浮力模型。引入了零电压励磁模式,并以提高悬浮性能和输出功率为目标,给出了励磁角的优化过程。联合仿真结果表明,闭环系统在不对称励磁工况下输出电压平稳,验证了所述励磁模式的可行性和正确性。
Abstract:
Lowoutput power and asymmetric excitation are limiting factors for the widespread adaptation on flywheel energy storage system of bearingless switched reluctance generators ( BSRGs) . A novel BSRG combined single-winding was introduced for generating modes of operation and worl^ing princif)les of pow- er converter circuit were analyzed. Then the intervals of suspension region and generation region were di- vided based on the characteristics of radical force and flux linkage. With the application of virtual-work method and magnetic circuit method, a new model considering two-phase coupling was proposed to estab-lisli the windings voltage and suspension force equations. A zero-voltage was applied to the excitation pat- tern. And the excitation angle algorithmprocess show that the output power and efficiency of generator are improved. Finally, the proposed algorithm is verified by co-simulations, and the results proved that the windings voltage can be controlled smoothly under the asymmetric excitations.
