摘要:
为了研究大容量全空冷水轮发电机的通风冷却问题,在考虑转子的旋转情况下,建立了转子风路正常时和转子磁扼通风道口堵塞时的转子三维温度场和流体场耦合计算模型。在转子各磁扼通风道口不同堵塞情况下,采用有限体积法计算分析了全空冷水轮发电机的通风冷却和发热问题。研究了转子风路堵塞时对转子励磁绕组、阻尼绕组和极赛表面的温度影响,以及对磁极间流体的流动形态的影响。当风路正常时,将计算得出的水轮发电机转子励磁绕组平均温度与实测数据进行了对比,经过对比在误差范围内,则验证了计算方法的正确性。
Abstract:
?In order to study on a large full air-cooled hydro-generator ventilation cooling,in considering the rotor rotation, the three-dimensional flow-heat transfer coupling model of temperature and fluid was established on normal and blocked vents. In the different blocking conditions of rotor yoke ventilating ducts,the full air-cooled hydro-generator ventilation and heat problems were calculated by using the finite volume method. The influence of blocked vents on the temperature of the excitation windings,the damping windings and the pole shoe surface,and the flow pattern of the fluid between two poles were studied. When the vents are normal,the small error between the calculated value and the measured value of the excitation winding average temperature is obtained.This can verify the method is a more accurate solution.
