摘要:
针对脉冲电场灭菌技术对开关性能的特殊要求,提出了利用 IGBT 串联构成高压、大容量 固态开关的技术。设计并实际制造出了可供高压脉冲电场灭菌用额定电压 10 kV 的固态高压开 关。该开关采用 8 个1 700 V、400 A 的 IGBT 串联,以栅极动态 RCD 为基本均压方式,以 FPGA 为 主控单元,产生 8 路相对独立的基准控制脉冲,其脉宽、周期、延时均可调节,且以 25 ns 为步进调 节。通过调节各路驱动信号的相对延时,使各单元分压均匀,消除过压影响,从而在负载端得到较 为理想的方波脉冲。采用光纤隔离,使隔离电压不受限制。实验结果表明,该装置性能良好,可以 满足脉冲电场灭菌的实际需求。
Abstract:
Aiming at the special requirements of pulsed electric field sterilization technology to the per-formance of the switch,the technology that constitutes the solid-state switch of high voltage and large ca-pacity by using IGBT series connection was presented. The solid-state high voltage switch for high-voltage pulsed electric field sterilization was designed and actually manufactured,and its rated voltage is 10 kV. Eight 1700 V、400 A IGBTs series connection was adopted in the switch and gate dynamic RCD was taken as the basic voltage-balancing way. FPGA was used as the main control unit,which generates eight rela-tively independent of the inference control pulses,and its pulse width,cycle,delay time can all be adjus-ted. 25 ns was taken as the step adjustment. By adjusting the relative delay of each drive signal,equal voltage was got in each unit,over-voltage effects was eliminated,so as to get ideal square-wave pulse on the load side. By using optical fiber isolation,the isolation voltage is not restricted. The experimental re-sults show that the device has good performance and meets the actual demand of high-voltage pulsed elec-tric field sterilization.
