摘要:
 为克服初级绕组分段永磁同步直线电机( PWS - PMLSM) 动子在定子段间运行中存在的推
力波动,提高电机的动态响应能力,结合双逆变器交替供电模式提出了一种复合控制方法。利用有
限元方法分析了动子出入定子段过程中各定子电磁参数的变化规律,从而建立了PWS - PMLSM 的
数学模型。依据电机模型,分析了段间推力波动产生的机理,提出了定子段间电流同步跟踪策略来
减小各段间电流差异,但此方法依赖于极高的电流响应速度,因此又结合改进的PWM 预测控制方
法来提高电流调节速度,实现段间电流同步控制。段间电流同步跟踪结合改进PWM 电流预测控
制方法可以有效抑制PWS - PMLSM 段间推力波动,提高系统动态性能。对所提算法进行了仿真和
实验验证,并取得了良好的效果。
Abstract:
 To overcome the thrust ripple caused when the movers of primary windings segmented permanent
magnet linear synchronous motor( PWS-PLMSM) pass through stators and to improve the transient
response ability and stability of the motor,an effective combined control strategy was proposed based on
two inverters alternating supply method. Firstly,using finite element software to analyze the variation
rules of electromagnetism parameter was analyzed when movers move in,move out the stators. For this,a
mathematical model of PWS-PMLSM was established. According to the established model,the mechanism
of inter-segment thrust fluctuations was studied,and current synchronous tracking strategies were presented
between stators to reduce the currents differences of two adjacent stators. However,this method relies
on high current response capacity. Therefore,it was also combined with the improved PWM predictive
control method to achieve a smooth inter-stator thrust. Finally,the proposed algorithm was validated by
simulation and experiment. Results show that currents synchronous tracking strategies between stators
combined with improved predictive current control method suppress thrust ripple between stators and improve
the transient characteristics of PWS-PMLSM.
