摘要:
针对电动汽车电机运行工况复杂,故障因素多,普通电机基于统计学理论的可靠性分析方法已不再适用的问题,为研究电动汽车电机的可靠性,建立电动汽车电机的故障树模型。深入研究故障率较高的绕组绝缘和轴承的故障逻辑,给出其可靠性解析计算式并进行详细分析,分析结果表明,电机可靠性数据可以看成灰色序列。提出基于灰度预测的电机可靠性分析方法,并根据已有电机的可靠性数据对所提模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果和实测数据的相对误差均小于10%,满足工程实际的需要,验证了所提算法的有效性,为电动汽车电机可靠性分析提供了理论依据。
