摘要:
针对垂直放置的飞轮储能装置中磁轴承的低功耗要求,研究一种新型结构的永磁偏置轴向磁轴承,分析其结构和工作原理;采用等效磁路法推导出该型磁轴承的承载力、力/位移系数及力/电流系数的数学表达式;给出主要参数的设计方法,并设计原理样机,利用有限元软件对设计结果进行三维仿真分析。在此基础上,研究轴向气隙不对称的低功耗悬浮策略,理论和仿真分析结果表明:该型磁轴承结构紧凑、控制方便,不对称气隙的低功耗悬浮策略相比于对称气隙,利用偏置磁通在转子铁心上产生了稳定的被动悬浮力,悬浮功耗最多可降低98%。
Abstract:
A permanent magnet bias axial magnetic bearing(PMAB) was researched for the vertical flywheel storage equipment,and the configuration and fundamental principle were analyzed.The equivalent magnetic circuit was established to deduce the mathematical expressions of the carrying capacity,force/current and force/displacement coefficients.The method of key parameter design was presented,and an experimental prototype was designed.3-D magnetic field simulation was performed with the finite element soft...
