摘要:
通过建立电机有限元分析模型的方法,对交替极无轴承永磁电机的转矩特性和悬浮机理做了深入的分析和验证,指出转矩和悬浮力分别正比于转矩电流和悬浮电流,悬浮力与转子旋转角位置无关以及转矩与悬浮控制相解耦等特性。针对传统无轴承永磁电机转矩输出与悬浮力之间的折中问题,分别建立交替极电机和表贴式无轴承电机的有限元模型,比较仿真数据,结果表明在两者电磁转矩相近的情况下,交替极电机的悬浮力是同样极对数表贴式无轴承电机的2.87倍。
Abstract:
By building a finite-element analysis model,the principle of magnetic levitation and torque characteristic were analyzed and demonstrated.The simulation results suggest that torque is in proportion to torque current and radial force is in proportion to suspension current.Meanwhile,rotational angular position is not necessary in the magnetic suspension control and the decoupling control of the levitation and torque can be realized.For the compromise between radial suspension force and drive torque in the tra...
