摘要:
以交流永磁同步电机系统的速度控制器为研究对象,提出一种新颖、准确、易于实现的转动惯量辨识方法,并在此基础上提出一种参数自整定控制策略。这种策略的最大特点是:通过转动惯量辨识值计算得到初始PI参数,之后不再以速度阶跃响应曲线的超调量、上升时间、振荡时间等作为PI参数优化的标准,而是使电机速度以三角波曲线运动,在运动过程中以评价函数E作为衡量控制效果的量化标准。通过实验验证了此种方法的实用性和有效性。优化后的控制参数使评价函数E最小,不仅能够保证动态跟踪性能,同时提升了系统抗扰性能,在额定转速时负载100%波动最大转速波动仅为4r/min。
Abstract:
Taking AC permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) system as the research target,a novel,accurate and easily realized identification method for moment of inertia is presented.Based on this method,a kind of parameters self-tuning control strategy has been put forward.The marked feature of proposed strategy is that: after calculating initial PI gains by the identified moment of inertia,it has been no longer with speed step response curve,including overshoots,rise time,and oscillation time etc.,as PI gains opt...
