摘要:
针对小泄漏信号的检测,提出了序贯概率比检验的统计决策方法。根据长输管道泄漏检测的实时性要求,提出了用卡尔曼滤波作用生成的归一化新信息序列作为序贯概率比检验的输入序列,以满足序贯概率比检验的要求。分析了序贯概率比检验用于管道小泄漏检测时的泄漏判断和定位的方法。利用虚拟仪器理论,设计了卡尔曼滤波和序贯概率比检验算法的LabVIEW程序模块,设计的模块可以直接嵌入到现有的管道泄漏实时监测系统中。实验证明,针对泄漏量低于3%的小泄漏检测很有效,并且定位精度控制在了2.5%以内。
Abstract:
Sequential probability ratio test(SPRT) is put forward to detect and locate small leakage.Unitary new information sequence generated after Kalman Filter processing can be used to input sequence of SPRT to satisfy the requests.Methods of judging and locating leakage are analysed.At last,Kalman Filter and SPRT algorithms are realized with virtual instrument software,LabVIEW.The programming modules can be directly used in the existing pipeline leakage real-time detecting system.The experiments show that the design of rational and effective procedures for leakage of less than 3% of the small leak is also very effective and controls the positioning accuracy within 2.5%.
