摘要:
针对部分低成本数字控制系统,在满足控制精确度的前提下,采用相对低端的元器件,研制了一种经济型数控系统。此数控系统使用PC机作为上位机,用可编程计数器/定时器8253、可编程外围接口芯片8255构建轴卡。实验结果表明,此系统可对步进电机实现高精确度控制。基于这种方式搭建的数控系统,开发难度小、开发时间短、经济成本低,可用于控制教学及部分工业应用。
Abstract:
According to some of low cost numerical control systems,in order to meet the demand of control precision,this paper has put forward to establish an economical numerical control system using the relative low-end electronic components.This system adopted PC as host computer.The axis card was constructed by serveral parts: programmable counter,timer 8253 and programmable logic peripheral interface chip 8255.The experimental results show that this system can realize the high precision control of stepping motor.The numerical control system which is put up based on this mode has a number of advantages,such as less difficulty for development,shorter time for design and lower cost.It can be used in control teaching and some industrial applications.
