Abstract:
Aiming at solving the high voltage gain problem of boost converter,a high gain soft-switching DC-DC converter with coupled inductor was proposed,which is based on a high step-up boost converter with charge pump capacitor.The working principle,performance comparison and parameters design of the converter were discussed.The simulation result verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.By introducing coupled inductor and switched capacitor,degree of freedom to regulate converter’s voltage gain is extended,which breaks the limit regulating voltage gain only by the duty ratios.Voltage stress on output diode is decreased,and the diode reverse recovery problems caused by leakage inductance is also eased.By using the active clamp circuit,the converter reduces voltage stress on switches and achieves soft switching,so switching loss is reduced.
