Abstract:
To study the electromagnetic noise of electric vehicle,the internal dynamic excitation of gears and the electromagnetic excitation of electric motor were considered,and the dynamic finite element model of transmission system and structure system of the electric powertrain was established. A weak-coupled method was presented here to analyze electromagnetically excited vibration and noise and the effect of tan-gential electromagnetic force on vibration and noise. A noise and vibration test was conducted to verify the simulation. The result shows the tangential electromagnetic force contributes little to the noise and vibra-tion of the electric machine but a lot to the reducer especially in 2 000 Hz and 2 400 Hz. Based on the a-nalysis,the electromagnetic parameters and the structure of the electrical machine could be improved and optimized to reduce its electromagnetically excited vibration.
