Abstract:
According to the problem of unmeasurable working temperature of submersible motor,it established three-dimension finite element model of part of rotor iron core and half a rotor bearing in rotor three-dimension temperature field.The convective heat transfer coefficient between the lubrication oil in air gap of motor and rotor surface,oil of hollow shaft’s were got by the heat transfer and fluid mechanics theory.According to loss value calculated by electromagnetic field and convective heat transfer coefficient on the surface,it calculated in the temperature field,and then got the temperature distribution map of rotor and relevant components.Compared finite element method results with other method results,it did contrastive analysis and proved thermal field model and method accuracy.
