Abstract:
Oriented to the conflicts of efficiency and power factor under the conditions of induction machine′s low load ratio and wide speed range,the performance function of the two indices are established and the existence of the optimal point is proved in the plain of rotor frequency and slip frequency by convex set theories.The idea is proposed of optimizing performance functions by taking constant frequency as constraints to obtain the optimal point′s information.Parameters’ perturbations of stator resistance′s exothermic characteristics influence optimizing results.The method is provided to reduce perturbations’ impacts by means of artificial neural network(ANN) and obtaining the reference indices to adopt speed regulator′s parameters.Simulation results indicate these methods can realize the optimizations with parameters’ perturbations and make IM’s performance indices approaching the one of the optimal points.Experiments show optimization methods provide basis for controlling system design and validating energy saving′s effects by regulating power factor′s values.
